I used to love it.. and I'm still loving it. Reading blogs seems to be my only time that I actually "READ" . I don't read newspaper. I don't read news online unless someone highlighted it that I must read it. I only see facebook for updates (sometimes) and see friends updates or only check on Gym Box workout schedule because I just cannot seem to remember much about my own day or class time. Hahaha.. #SignOfOldAge
But as time flies, less and less people are blogging with their hearts. Either that, or many of the blog posts are about "Advertisement". I am glad that there are still some of my favourite bloggers actively updating their blogs for me to read.
Many people are switching to Facebook only because they think it is so much more convenient to update and to see updates. I used to like facebook, but not anymore when it comes to personal stuffs. I prefer instagram over facebook. But now i prefer instastory over instapost. Haha. There are pros and cons but there are things that are meant to be shared for certain period of time.
But i like facebook when it comes to memories of certain things we once posted or being tagged. Not everything. Contradict. I know. It is just like I like blogging / facebooking, but when I blog / post too much about myself, people will start to circulate the things that I post. From one person to many people to relatives to friends and ended up to me with a totally different stories.
Woaaaahhhh.. like that also can...
When i tried to share something real or something funny (at least I thought so) but I get averagely like 10+ likes/dislikes/love/angry button on facebook. So, I thought like, not many will actually care what I normally posted. So, one day, I saw something funny online. I shared on my facebook wall with no intention of getting much attention.. but who would have thought it went..
It was such a long story. But if you really read them, you would have punch me in the face. Hahaha.. But at the same time, it gave me a thought that if I really only have like RM20 and that woman took it and acted that way, I would be like.. wtf.. without acting much on it but after I posted this, I thought, heyyy.. i can do this shall anyone ever did this to me. So, who says posting jokes on facebook serve no purpose?
What I wanted to say is.. it really depends on individual on what you get after you read. Some may thought I am wasting their time (I had the same thought the moment I finished reading) , some actually like the way this "I" acted (me too) so, I told some friends that I will act the same way too SHALL this ever happen to me next time. Haha..
Back to blogging, I very much agree with Cheesie's statement on this.
She called other people 女神but little did she know that she is 女神 to many of us. I won't catagorized ourselves as Aunties.. but her fans instead.. HAHAHAHA.. It's like (almost) everything that she said, or she mentioned or she did or even used or is still using.. we also want.. I remember when she was pregnant with Sakura, my womb also itch want to have another one. HAHAHAHA.. you see how influential she is..
(that is IF you like Japan, IF you have kid(s), IF you want to be like her, and many other IFs)
I don't know how long I will continue to blog. My years of blogging efforts on this blog all gone missing when I tried to transfer them from wordpress to blogger. I was mad. Very mad at myself. But life goes on.
If you have never owned a blog, you have such a poor childhood. It is just like you have never played Streetfighter before.
Blogs, in those days, used to be kind of personal thing. You can brag about anything. You can pour your heart out to the world. Anonymous will pacify you when you are unhappy. They also share your happiness when you are on top of the world. You have never met them but they are your friends.
But you cannot do the same anymore nowadays.
Anything you jotted down, it will be against you. People read. People printscreen and people just want to make your days worst.
You meet them. You think they are your real friends. But things they do will scare the shit out of you.
Some people just want to bring you down and think they are on top of you.
So what if you are on top? On top does not mean you are good.
When you need food but you do not have much choices, especially after lunch hour, you need to go to Kopitiam that have stall with FRIED FOOD.
I was at Pending area. The nearest I can go would be Yong Siang Corner that served the most reasonable Economy Fast Food. Or Peaches Garden, near Everrise Pending which serves rather reasonable priced food too. But I itchy. I thought to try something somewhere new.
Off I went to WIN WIN CAFE at City Square.
This is how you can cheat customers RM1 for each transaction done without being caught.
I do not mind to pay RM7 for the food I ordered if it shows RM7, or if I was informed earlier on the price. But the thing is, your display price is RM6. I pointed at the thing I want, exactly at RM6. You noted. You went to cook. You tapao my rice.
You took my money.
You returned me my money.
(normally I don't check the balance but somehow, I have this feeling at that time to check the money she returned and there I go)
I confronted her on the shortage of RM1.
I looked at her. I pointed to her at her price list.
Harga RM6 kan?
Itu harga lama.
Your old price, you never intend to change or just put a masking tape to change the price??
If I am like other customers who never check the balance, then you can cheat RM1 out of every customer you served?
Wow. I am impressed.
Probably, this is another way of making fast money. Without people going to any of the department to complain because RM1 is not worth the effort to go complain.
Yes. I am being asked,
why didn't I return the rice to her and ask her to return me the money?
I thought of that. Only after the more I think of it, the more i am unhappy of how I was being charged that extra. But it's too late to drive back to return her the food and asked for the money right?
why didn't I go to some government department to complain her?
People also want to earn living ma. Oklar.. my excuse. I am just one of the majority of people who do not want to waste my time to go to that department to complain and flip people's rice bowl lo. See. I'm that kind ma.
then, why you wanna do a blog post to complain about it now ler?
cos i have my freedom to complain it here ma.
like that you also indirectly flip people's rice bowl ma?
at least I am not making her losing her rice bowl IMMEDIATELY ma.. Now that you know you will be charged extra, will you still wanna go there??
If you were to go there and you read this post, at least you know this stall will charge extra, so you will be extra careful ma. Now that you read this, are you not grateful I share this with you?

I guess I am not the only person getting overcharged for food because I was sent this link.
